Where is HOT going?

This is the current roadmap for HOT development.  All releases are subject to change as new ideas and inspirations arise.

Release One

Initial stable release of Hot Open Tickets.  This is a fully functional helpdesk system using PHP and MySQL.

Release Two

This release will provide an enhanced feature set including;

• Ability to upload file attachments
• Allow users to change passwords
• Reporting system
• Ability to save default query by user

Release Three

This release will contain an auto-install script that will automatically install HOT and it's database on your server.

Release Four

At this release we will provide language support and increased user documentation
